Getting started
What is Ordo Spaces?
Ordo Spaces is an AI workspace builder. Describe your business or import a spreadsheet, and it builds a real application for you — trackers (boards), dashboards, and automations — shaped around how you actually work.
How is this different from a spreadsheet or a generic template?
A spreadsheet doesn’t validate data, notify anyone, or give you a dashboard. A generic template makes you do the setup work. Ordo Spaces designs the workspace for your specific business and lets you edit anything before it’s built.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free includes one workspace, up to 500 records, and CSV import. Starter and up unlock the AI Builder, Excel import, automations, and more workspaces and records.
Do I need to know how to build software?
No. You describe your business in plain English, or upload a spreadsheet — the AI Builder does the technical work.

What does the AI Builder actually create?
Trackers with the right fields, dashboard widgets summarizing your data, and automations that notify people when something changes — plus your imported records, if you started from a file.
Can I change what the AI proposes before it’s built?
Yes. Every proposal is fully editable — rename the workspace, drop a tracker or automation you don’t need, before anything is created.
What can the AI Assistant do after my workspace exists?
Ask it questions about your data, or ask it to add a tracker, field, or automation. It proposes the change and waits for your confirmation — it never invents data or applies changes silently. Available on Pro and Business.
What does "powered by Keystone" mean?
Keystone is the platform underneath Ordo Spaces — auth, data storage, AI credits, automation, and billing. You interact with Ordo Spaces; Keystone quietly powers it.
Data & import
What file formats can I import?
CSV on every plan. Excel (.xlsx) import is available on Starter and up. Files are read in your browser before anything is sent for analysis.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your data is used only to generate your workspace proposal and to power your own AI Assistant conversations.
Can I export my data back out?
Yes, your records are yours. Table views support export, and every plan can access the underlying data via the Tracker API.
Billing & plans
How do seats work?
Seats are team members invited to your organization, not devices. Free includes 1 seat; Starter, Pro, and Business include more.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage your plan from Settings → Billing. If you cancel, your data stays intact and you can continue on Free within its limits.
What happens if I go over my plan’s limits?
You’ll see a prompt to upgrade before you hit a hard limit on workspaces or records — nothing is deleted.
